If the trainer isn't focused, how can the exercise be effective and safe? Impossible. A good trainer will be focusing their attention on the client to ensure a safe and effective workout.
Your personal fitness trainer must also be paying attention to your mental focus and overall physical performance. As your ability and mentality evolves it is important for your personal fitness trainer to adapt your training to your mental and physical level. Without focus on the client, this is impossible.
You owe it to yourself, your body, and your fitness education to find a personal trainer that focuses on the client. This will make the session more enjoyable, effective, and safe.
