How to use Fat-Burning-Workouts to create your Free-Exercise-Program.
Well it's time to use a free-exercise-program to become your own trainer. Here I will provide beginner, intermediate, advanced, senior, and children workouts. Every routine will be progressive, meaning that as you get stronger the work gets more advanced. These will only be a guideline and are in no way a substitute for quality, one-on-one Personal Training. PLEASE consult your physician before starting any exercise program, including this one. :)
Fat-burning-exercises for beginners should be easy to do, easy to learn, and focused on increasing ones basic movement and ability. Doing too much to fast could result in injury, too much exertion, and de-motivation. These fat-burning-workouts will provide a mixture of balance, strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular training. Intermediate fat-burning-exercises are for those of you looking to increase your ability to perform and burn fat. These exercises will require an awakened sense of body movement, core stability, and stamina. Shorter rest ratios will provide great cardiovascular training and incinerate fat. Mental focus will be challenged and increased, so get ready! Free work out 1 (intermediate)

Advanced fat-burning-exercises are for those seeking new challenges to break plateaus and improve high intensity muscular stamina. These workouts will all challenge mental focus, cardiovascular exertion/recuperation, and overall ability. Free work out 1 (advanced)

Senior fat-burning-workouts will include movements that promote range of motion and safety. Cardiovascular challenges will have generous rest periods, allowing for recovery and focus on proper form. Free work out 1 (seniors)

Free work out 3 (seniors)
Fat-burning-exercises for children should focus on fun, movement, bodyweight training, and motor-skill development. Outdoor family activities, sports, dance, jujitsu and especially judo are all great activities to help both children and parents stay fit and connected. These sequences are as good for the parents as the kids! Make sure to play with your children while working with them. Free work out 1 (children)
