Easy-Healthy-Recipe 2:Tomato Topped BBQ Pork Chops with Quinoa and Salad
Easy-Healthy-Recipe: Pork Chops with Tomatoes, Quinoa and a Carrot and Mixed Field Greens Salad, that sounds awesome!
An easy-healthy-recipe full of fat-burning-foods. If you don't eat pork, I have used this same seasoning and preparation with chicken and even tofu! This recipe is easy to make, healthy, tasty and it looks nice on the plate.I hope you enjoy this simple combination of fat-burning-foods! :) Ingredients 4 All Natural Pork Loin Chops (Can be switched for Chicken or Tofu)
1 Cup Quinoa 3 Carrots 2 cups Field Greens 1 Cup Spinach 1 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth ˝ a Sazon Goya Packet 2 teaspoons ground Cumin 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil 8 drops Lemon oil 2 tbsp Nakano Rice vinegar 2 teaspoons Alessi Sea Salt 1 small tomato sliced Pork Chops Lean protein is key to healthy eating. Pork can be a great fat-burning-food if the cuts are lean, naturally raised, and you use non-fatty cooking.
1) Quickly rinse the chops with cool water and pat dry. Placing them flat on a large cutting board. 2)With a meat tenderizer or a fork, puncture holes evenly on both sides the pork chop. Then sprinkle the Cumin and Sazon Goya over the pork chops. Drizzle one tablespoon of olive oil onto the pork chops. :)If you do not have Sazon use an all-spice like Lawry's or Mrs.Dash. :)
3)Now rub the seasonings and oil thoroughly into the pork chops. I like to rub them all against one another to ensure even coating. :) 4)Place a medium pan on medium-high heat and allow it to warm up for about 1min. 5)Place the chops in heated medium pan with the heat at mid-high. Cook for about 8-9 minutes,making sure to flip the pork chops every 2-3 minutes, turning each chop twice. Be sure the internal temperature of the chops is 160 degrees fahrenheit. 6) Serve and enjoy! These will help us out when our body uses protein to build muscle after our fat-burning-exercises.
Quinoa : Cooking Instructions and Information!
Salad Salads are great opportunities to bring together fat-burning-foods. This simple salad still has a nice dose of varied vitamins and minerals, so I placed it with my fat-burning-recipes. 1) In a large salad bowl place 1 cup of Spinach and 2 cups of mixed spring greens mix. 2) Cut the carrots to half their length.Now quarter these pieces. Cut them in half lengthwise. Then cut these pieces in half. Place them in bowl. 3) Set aside and mix all ingredients evenly with dressing right before serving. Dressing 1) In a small bowl mix the rice vinegar, sea salt, and lemon oil. 2)Using a whisk or fork, stir in the remainder of the olive oil bit by bit. This will help emulsify your dressing.

The quinoa may actually make your body temperature rise! I recommend a Chardonnay or Pinot Gris if you are looking to pair this with wine. For beer with your pork choose clear lagers like Stella Artois or Harp. :) ;) P.S. The more we drink, the more fat-burning-exercises we’ll need. ;)
