Free Dumbbell-Exercises
Dumbbell-Exercises are great for creating toned muscle and burning fat.
I use them every day with my personal training clients here in beautiful South Miami. We mix the exercises up using light and heavy weights and alternating between low and high repetition sets. I have put up a few simple and effective exercises you can use to create your own fat-burning-exercises. You can do them in a sequence or as part of a circuit.

Weightlifting exercises are an important part of any workout routine. Take the time to familiarize yourself with the proper form for each exercise you try. Always take it slow and light when you are beginning a new exercise or fat-burning-exercise routine. Make sure to keep your core tight throughout any weightlifting exercise. This will help keep your back safe, increase your balance, and give your core an excellent isometric workout. Breath normally exhaling during the exertion phase of the exercise.
