Free-Exercise-Program 3: Easy Fat-Burning-Exercises with No Equipment!
In this free-exercise-program we will be using body weight training to help you create a habit of exercising. With no equipment or much space needed, body weight training helps us cut down on excuses! These exercises are based on a patient progression system. The idea is to achieve near-perfect form in one exercise before moving on to a harder variation. Make sure you have balance, control, stability, power, and confidence before moving on. As always consult a physician before attempting any exercises or exercise program. Exercise Responsibly. If it burns its OK. If it hurts then Stop At Once!
