Free-Exercise-Program 2: Easy Fat-Burning-Exercises with No Equipment!

In this free-exercise-program we will be using body weight training to help you create a habit of exercising. With no equipment or much space needed, body weight training helps us cut down on excuses!

Body weight exercises are free and effective! Remember to take your time, pushing yourself to be clean and deliberate in your movements.

These exercises are based on a patient progression system. The idea is to achieve near-perfect form in one exercise before moving on to a harder variation. Make sure you have balance, control, stability, power, and confidence before moving on. As always consult a physician before attempting any exercises or exercise program. Exercise Responsibly. If it burns its OK. If it hurts then Stop At Once!
