Fat-Burning-Tips 4: Jumping Rope is quick, convenient, and very effective.

Jumping Rope is one of my favorite fat-burning-tips. It increases your aerobic capacity, helps you burn fat, and increases your agility.

Jumping rope is fun and easy to do. The small Space and equipment requirements make this exercise an excellent choice for anyone looking to burn fat on a regular basis.

Jump ropes are some of the world's oldest toys and fitness equipment, with depictions of people jumping vines in Egyptian wall painting.

Start by jumping lightly on two feet. Once you can hold a steady rhythm try switching feet as if you were jogging in place. From here you can move on to skipping by kicking your foot out in front of you.At any level this is a great fat burning exercise.

Now you can try bringing your feet down and skipping only high enough so the rope goes under your feet. Here you will be using your calves more as you shift your weight from hip to hip. Now you will be moving more like Rocky. Tightening your abs and keep your pace vigorous and you will be incinerating fat.

Try different things out. I like to hop on one leg for 10, 15, or 20 repetitions, then I switch to the other leg. There are many tricks and tips for jump rope that can be easily found.
