What are the best fat burning exercises?

I get asked about fat burning exercises almost every day! Well I've put some thought into it and will be putting up exercises and healthy recipes along with health and fitness information.

imageMy name is Sergio Fuenzalida. I am an ACE certified personal trainer in beautiful Miami, Fl.

I will do my best to answer questions and seek out the advice of those more qualified than myself when I don't know the answer.

For now remember this:

1) To burn fat you must increase your metabolism.

2) All exercises can burn fat, some much better than others.

3) You do not need a gym to get in shape!

By combining effective fat-burning-exercises with healthy eating and positive progression training you will burn fat and lose weight. No Exceptions!

Losing fat is important for proper body function and for looking good!

imageFun and variety are keys to personal fitness training.Weight training exercises, stability ball exercises, resistance band exercises, and bodyweight exercises are all great options.
